They may appraise any type of property where the transaction value is less than two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. State Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser These residential appraisers may perform any appraisal including home appraisal including those of one to four residential units, regardless of value or transaction complexity. They can appraise any type of property where the transaction value is less than $250,000.00. State Certified General Real Property Appraiser A certified general appraiser may appraise any type of property for any purpose. This includes home appraisal.
